  • Program Design – FMS managements incorporates a number of elements in the design of each program. Among these are detailed specifications, job descriptions, training and safety programs, quality control criteria, and criteria for selection of personnel.
  • Implementation – Owners remain actively involved in all phases of program start-up and follow-through, including such areas as planning and analysis, program design, and working closely with clients and FMS branch and area managers who oversee daily cleaning activities.
  • Client Contact and Assessment – Good communication plays a vital role in the evaluation of program success and helps ensure the highest quality of service possible. Although FMS management and owners stand ready to assist clients whenever the need arises, other communication methods include, routine consultation and inspection of your property by owners, and daily communication on the part of managers and other field representatives to verify that service is satisfactory. At the same time, care is taken to minimize your time involved in cleaning matters.

Quality Assurance:

At FMS, the foundation of our success is built upon our quality control that utilizes several layers of quality checks. Supervisors are directly involved with each cleaning program, job inspections are conducted at multiple levels beginning with the custodial staff that is required to inspect their own work after completion. 

In addition, the following controls are applied:

  • Nightly inspections by direct supervisor.
  • Monthly Quality Assurance inspections.
  • Random unscheduled inspections by senior management.
