David McCleary.David McCleary brings to Facility Maintenance Source, Inc. - over 25 years of service industry experience in the Atlanta area. Prior to starting , David was successful in the positions of Operations Management and Area Management for large commercial maintenance companies. At one time, he was responsible for all of the aspects of over 8,000,000 square feet. He has also been responsible for such accounts as SunTrust Plaza, Peachtree Center and Ravinia Office Complex as well as all of the local AT&T facilities. He has a proven track record of success in this industry which all lends itself to the success of FMS.

The team is focused on assessing client’s needs and service operations. We believe in strong communication, proactive management and quality control to provide his clients with quality service and cost efficiency. David is mindful of safety importance and emphasizes compliance with OSHA for the protection of employees as well as clients.
